Album Info:Railfanning in Florida. South Central Florida Express is a pretty interresting shortline that belongs to US Sugar Company (the only sugar milling business in the US that moves 100% of its harvested sugar cane by rail). Both locomotive rosters are used to move sugar cane as well as various freights.

Loaded sugar cane train. Worth of 70 loaded hoppers. Front unit is here registered as a GP38-2, however the sound of its turbocharger was clearly noticeable. So I guess it's a GP40 or a GP40-2 (furthermore it sports 3 fans aft of its long hood).
